This site is in loving memory of my Grandma, Edith Eliza Whitehead née Rowley (1908 – 1977), who taught me her art of homemaking and inspired my love of baking; and of Aunt Joan, Joan Diane Mavity née Ivany (1941 – 1994), whose love of life inspired us all.

It is dedicated to Julia, a beloved niece, who is carrying on the family tradition of home baking.
